Belly Dance Intensive: Technique Drills, Combos, and Cardio Flow
Get an intensive technique workout AND build comfort with combinations and dance flow, flowing between movements, incorporating arms and zills, and dancing to the music. This 90-minute class, begins with a short warm-up, then moves right into a technique variation drills, combinations, and full dances, all designed to keep you moving and give you a good work out without the stop and start of typical dance classes. The class is taught as a mixed level class, with different levels receiving appropriate variations. Some exercises will help build proficiency and mastery, others may stretch and challenge you, but it will all be lots of fun! Bring a bottle of water and a small towel. Come prepared to work hard and pace yourself, but also but to have a great time and to leave feeling good!
Recommended Level: Levels 2+ through 5.

* 5-class Gypsy cards are good for three months from the date of purchase or the beginning of the session--whichever is later. 10-class gypsy cards are good for 16 weeks. Please note, gypsy cards can be used for any regular session class (beginner/level 1 through advanced level) or for summer session regular technique/dance flow classes of 1-1/2 hour in length.
